2. Hosting and Connection Data

This website is hosted through Vercel. The provider is Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you access the website, the hosting infrastructure receives connection data required for technical operation, including your IP address, the time of access, the requested URL, HTTP status and, where applicable, referrer, browser and operating system information.

This data is used to deliver the website, maintain its stability and detect and prevent misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure operation of our website. Recipients include the hosting provider and its subcontractors involved in delivering the service.

Data may also be processed in the United States and other countries outside the European Economic Area. Vercel describes the safeguards it offers, particularly standard contractual clauses, in its Data Processing Addendum. Further information is available in Vercel's Privacy Policy. You can request information and a copy of the transfer safeguards applicable to your data using the contact details above.

Log data is required only for as long as necessary for delivery, troubleshooting and security purposes. Security incidents may require longer retention for investigation or legal action. The specific technical log retention period depends on the hosting configuration.

3. Cookies, Browser Storage and External Content

This website does not integrate analytics or marketing trackers, and its own page code does not set cookies or store entries in local browser storage. There are therefore no analytics or marketing consent options. A previously saved setting named “cookie_consent” is no longer read; you can delete it through your browser's website data settings.

Fonts and images are served by this website. External services such as LinkedIn, project websites and app stores are included as links. You only leave our website when you open a link; the respective provider's policies apply on the destination website.

4. Contact by Email or Phone

We process your contact details and the information you provide to handle and respond to your enquiry. For contract-related enquiries and pre-contractual steps, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in communication. You can use the website without contacting us; to respond, we need an appropriate way to reach you.

Email and telecommunications providers may be involved in transmitting communications. The website does not contain a contact form. Enquiry data is deleted once processing is complete and there is no further reason for retention. Statutory retention requirements for business correspondence and tax-related documents, as well as the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, may require further retention for those purposes.

5. External Google Appointment Booking

Our appointment links lead to an external Google booking page. No Google Calendar or Google script is embedded here. Your browser only connects to Google when you open the link. The provider in the European Economic Area is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

When you book an appointment, we process the data made available to us, such as your name, email address, appointment details and any information you provide voluntarily, to organise and conduct the meeting. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related discussions, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in organising appointments. The retention criteria for contact enquiries apply. Alternatively, you can reach us by email or phone without using Google booking.

Google processes data under its own policies; transfers to third countries are also possible. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

6. Your Rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Right to object: Under Article 21 GDPR, you may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may object to processing for direct marketing at any time.

Please use the contact details above to exercise these rights. You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, particularly in the country of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement. For Hesse: The Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Postfach 3163, 65021 Wiesbaden, Germany.

7. Transmission Security

This website uses HTTPS to encrypt data transmitted between your browser and the server.
